How do I start Service?

It's easy - you can order from this website, email us, call/text 0r message us on Facebook and we'll take down the necessary details for your service to begin.

First Service meet & greet?

Because your first service is the most important. We offer evening times to allow us to examine your property & discuss your needs in person. Not to mention meet your pup. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, there is no need for a contract. You can cancel our service at any time - just give us 24 hours notice of your usual service day. For certain special offers there are commitments to duration of service. 

Do you clean all year round?

Yes, absolutely, we work all year round. Your dog doesn't stop pooping so we don't stop working.

How do I pay for the pooper scooper service?

I currently accept Paypal, Venmo, & Cashapp for payment. Other arrangements may be possible for Cash & Check Payment upon Approval. Your service must be paid in advance (does not apply to initial set up appointment) to be on the schedule. You may pay as little as 1 week's service at a time and must be received a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your typical service day. 

Should I unlock my gate?

I will need access to your yard if you are not at home. I can make various arrangements with you to ensure that our gaining access is as easy as possible for you. Please note that I do not provide service times, however can be provided with a service day- and notified the night prior. Additionally a service ticket will be left so you know I was there. 

How often do you visit our property?

Most customers opt for our weekly or every other week service, and that is usually enough to keep your yard clean. We do have twice-weekly service designed if you have several dogs. We also offer once a month and one time services as well. Typical Weekly Service options are scheduled Monday-Friday. Monthly & Once time services may be available for weekend appointments based on availability.


Can you work with my dog(s) in the yard?

Yes, I love dogs and love being around them. I like to meet you and your dog on our first visit so that everyone's introduced and I am welcomed into your yard in the future. However, if your dog is likely to stop me getting onto your property, they will have to be confined while I clean up the yard, as I will have to charge for a visit if we haven't been able to gain access because of your dog. 

What if I want to skip a service day?

Not a problem. Just call/text, email or Facebook Message us and I can skip your service as long as we have 24 hours notice. You will not be charged any extra when the service resumes as long as it is not longer than 2 weeks. Any periods longer than that, if the dog has been using the yard, a charge may be applicable, similar to a first time fee, or another applicable service plan charge.

What about bad weather- do you still scoop?

I work in all but the very worst weather conditions. Very heavy rainfall, lightning, extreme heat or snowfall will prevent us from cleaning your yard. If the safety of our Operators is at risk we will not work in those circumstances, which includes roads and low visibility. I do not provide a refund under these circumstances as I will clean up all the dog waste missed at no extra charge on the next visit and will extend your paid service by the number of weeks skipped (do to being skipped at the company's request). I will notify you should your service not be completed. 

Do you work on holidays?

As I am a one woman operation, I do not work holidays to spend time with my family. Service days will usually move along one day from the usual service day in a week containing a holiday.  That being said I may also adjust your regular schedule to allow for family vacation(s). At which time I will notify you of the change. 

What do you do with the dog waste?

I don't believe in leaving the dog waste in your garbage. We take the waste with us in biodegradable plastic bags and dispose of it in designated landfill. I think that this is the best solution for our customers and ensures you don't have any issues with bad odors.
